One of the most interesting trial horses pre-Christmas was the $1million Too Darn Hot (GB) filly Too Darn Lizzie, who won easily in the colours of Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber who bred and raced her sire.

Too Darn Lizzie was sold by Vinery for $1million at Magic Millions.

The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott trained filly may have missed the boat for the MM 2YO Classic, but there will be plenty of other options for the $1million purchase, who was the highest priced yearling for her sire in 2023.
