Vote for Your Favourite Foal of 2023

Tara Madgwick - Sunday December 17

We thank everyone for their participation in this year’s Foal Gallery with an amazing selection of babies from all over Australia and New Zealand making it a real showcase for breeders big and small and the task of selecting just six for our audience to vote for is not an easy one.

The 2022 Favourite Foal is headed to Karaka in 2024 as a pinhook.

The 2022 Favourite Foal was bred by Burnewang North and the Dundeel colt from French Skyline has had a busy 12 months since then having been sold at the Inglis Great Southern Weanling Sale for $120,000 to Cheltenham Stables, who will re-offer him at Karaka Book 1 in February.

From foal to weanling and next year we see him as a yearling!

We look forward to seeing his yearling pictures!

These are the images that made instant appeal this year, so cast your vote on which baby you think has the star quality to be this year’s Favourite Foal.
