A total of 558 lots have been catalogued for the final online sale of 2023 including 309 racehorses (163 race fillies), 90 broodmares, 95 shares, 2 stallions, 60 yearlings and 2 unbroken stock.

Talented 3YO Kosgei (The Autumn Sun),  is the standout lot in what is one of the most diverse and strongest online catalogues to be presented to market all year.

Trained by Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young, the lightly-raced Kosgei most recently finished 4th in the G1 Victoria Derby behind outstanding 3YO Riff Rocket at just his fifth career start.

A 2% share in Rosehill Guineas and Winx Stakes winner Mo’unga (Savabeel) – who is also 10-times G1 placed and earned almost $4m in prizemoney – is another exciting prospect in the December Online Sale.

The Annabel Neasham-trained Mo’unga is scheduled to commence stud duties at Newhaven Park at the end of his racing career.

Talented mare Frumos (Kitten’s Joy) is another offering of real quality.

A G3 winner of the Pam O’Neill Stakes over a mile during the Winter, the Chris Waller trainee has won 5 times with earnings in excess of $380,000.

Undefeated juvenile Shangri La Express has been one of the early standouts of the pre-Christmas 2YO races in Australia and his unraced Harry Angel half sister Grinzinger Crown (ex Sent from Above) is another enticing offering in the catalogue.

She presents an opportunity to become involved in a pedigree that could really blossom over the next 6-18 months, with Shangri La Express currently rated one of the best 2YOs in the country following his impressive win in the $1m Golden Gift last month.

There are several high-quality mares on offer in the catalogue.

Well-related Sebring mare Bridget Wenlock is one.

She is being offered in foal carrying a three-quarter relation to Stakes-winning 2YO filly Coco Sun while her fellow half sister Nymphadora finished an eye-catching 3rd in last weekend’s $500,000 Inglis Nursery at Randwick at just her second career start.

Velours Bleu is another. She is a half sister to G3 winner and three-times Group placed The Fortune Teller and is offered in foal to hot young sire Stay Inside.
