Another Good Day for Tassort - Onemoretwomany Salutes in Crystal Slipper

Ridden by Laqdar Ramoly for Neville Parnham, Onemoretwomany went coast to coast in defeating the Sizzling debutant Big Shot by one and three-quarter lengths with another first-starter Sniper's Son (Snippetson) a short-head back in third.

Onemoretwomany made a winning debut at Ascot on November 11 when a narrow winner from Battle Commander, who he had over two lengths adrift on Saturday.

"I think he is a really nice horse. I'm not sure where we go from here," Parnham said.

"I don't like over-racing two-year-olds in their first prep. We will let him get away with this one, have a reset, and see what happens from there.

"I don't think (1200m) will worry him. We might consider giving him a break and bring him back for some of those feature races.

"I don't think a star two-year-old has emerged yet. The trend is to bring them in after Christmas. There may be some smart ones out there, but he is smart himself."

A $12,000 pinhook for Premium Bloodstock Services from the Kingstar Farm draft at the 2022 Gold Coast National Weanling Sale, Onemoretwomany made $70,000 to the bid of Fantail Holdings from the Ruby Racing & Breeding draft at the 2023 Perth Yearling Sale.

Bred by Kingstar Farm, Onemoretwomany is a half-brother to the very talented Extreme Choice mare Wollombi, winner of the Group III VRC The Vanity and was fourth behind Skew Wiff in the Group III Hong Kong Jockey Club Stakes on Melbourne Cup Day.

Onemoretwomany a $70,000 Perth Magic Millions yearling

Their dam Hazlebrook (Hinchinbrook) was purchased by Kingstar Farm for $22,000 from the Widden Stud draft at the 2018 Inglis Australian Broodmare Sale.

Hazlebrook foaled a colt by the Extreme Choice stallion Tiger Of Malay on August 20.

Hazlebrook's stakes-winning half-sister Everage (Zizou) has an All Too Hard colt in the Fernrigg Farm draft heading to the Magic Millions Gold Coast yearling Sale in January. (Lot 1143).
