New Winner for Trapeze Artist

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday October 31

The second season sires list has become super interesting as we work through spring with Group I winners for Harry Angel (IRE) and Trapeze Artist, who added a new maiden winner to his tally at Newcastle on Monday to lead his peers by earnings and share the lead by winners.

Click to see the fully interactive Breednet sire tables.

Trapeze Artist’s owner breeder Bert Vieira has supported his stallion to the hilt and a colt he bred and retained became his latest winner when scoring for the David Pfieffer stable in the 1150m maiden.

Having his third start and first run back from a spell, Trapeze Pleasure scored by half a length running away.

Trapeze Pleasure is the first foal for Perfect Pleasure, an unraced half-sister to Group II winner Torio’s Quest and stakes-winner Bippo No Bungus. Perfect Pleasure is married to Trapeze Artist and has two more fillies to follow with her two year-old sold at Inglis Premier for $150,000 to Richard & Will Freedman Stables.

A champion son of Snitzel, Trapeze Artist stands at Widden at a fee of $55,000.
