A juvenile event at Warwick Farm on Wednesday features seven runners including two by first season sires Microphone and Yes Yes Yes, whose first runner Yes Yes Tess was a close second on debut at Murray Bridge on Saturday.

Race favourite is the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott trained Written Tycoon colt Sovereign Hill, who looked very smart in a recent  trial win.

A $280,000 Inglis Classic purchase from the Silverdale Farm draft for Yu Long Investments / Waterhouse & Bott / Kestrel Thoroughbreds, Sovereign Hill runs for Yulong and partners and is a three-quarter brother-in-blood to Written Tycoon’s Group I winning $1.2million earning sprinter Music Magnate.

Sovereign Hill was a $280,000 Inglis Classic purchase.

He was bred by Iskander Racing from minor winning mare Taraji, who is married to Written Tycoon and produced another colt last spring by him and is back in foal again.
