Dubai Honour Half-Brother Making his Mark

Tara Madgwick - Friday September 22

Dubai Honour (IRE) shot to fame in Australia earlier this year when starting twice in Sydney to win the Group I ATC Ranvet Stakes and then roll Anamoe in the Group I ATC Queen Elizabeth II Stakes and in the UK this year his three year-old  half-brother by Cracksman has been racking up the wins.

Trained by Simon and Ed Crisford, Manxman was gelded after one unplaced run at two and has been on a mission this year after breaking his maiden at Windsor on July 1.

Third at his next outing, Manxman has since reeled off four consecutive wins in handicap races including a length and a three-quarter romp overnight at Pontefract where he took out the Search For The Yorkshire Wonder Horse Handicap (Round 5 Of The Pontefract Stayers Championship 2023) over 2m1f.

Manxman has won five of nine starts in total for his owner Rabbah Racing and if he’s anything like his famous half-brother will only get better with maturity.

Manxman was purchased for 200,000 guineas ta the Tattersalls October Book 2 Yearling Sale by Stroud Coleman Bloodstock and is the second winner from Mondelice, a half-sister by Montjeu to Group III winner Lost Kingdom.
