The two-year-old son of Sebring was in heat six over 800m and after being made to jump away by Dwayne Dunn was rated towards the rear until into the home straight before being allowed to roll home.

Prince Of Caviar finished last of the six. The jump out was won by an unnamed Unencumbered colt trainer by Russell and Scott Cameron over the Lindsay Perk Racing-trained Lady Pommery in 49.41 seconds.

The Hawkes Racing-trained Prince Of Caviar was only beaten three lengths and not put under pressure.

"Ignoring that he's a Black Caviar foal, putting him into the bracket of just being one of our babies – he does everything right, great attitude, moves well, he is a really nice colt," Michael Hawkes, who trains in partnership with his father John and brother Wayne, told Racenet when the horse was last in work.
