Single 'N' Ready is the tenth foal of Flying Single, a half-sister to Not A Single Doubt, from the Easy Date family that has already featured on Thursday through the impressive Wyong winner Zarrose, a daughter of Group 1 winner Rewaaya (Singspiel).

Flying Single did not reach Rewaaya's standards on the track, with her only starts coming when a fifth of seven in a Bendigo maiden.

However, Flying Single became a reliable broodmare, and her daughter Hussterics, who won two from four for Arrowfield, is the dam of Inglis 2yo Classic (RL) winner Lady Jivago (Beneteau).

Edin

burgh Park consigned Single 'N' Ready to the  2022 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale, where Kennewell Racing / Group 1 Bloodstock (FBAA) / H & H Bloodstock had the final say at $140,000.

After a promising third in a 2-Y-O Maiden Plate at Bairnsdale on July 14,  Single 'N' Ready emerged from the pack to break her maiden at start two in the Ultima Hotel Maiden Plate (1200m) at Swan Hill on Thursday for a milestone first winner for the Lloyd Kennewell and Lucy Yeomans training partnership.

Ridden by Matthew Cartwright, the daughter of More Than Ready (USA) defeated the Diddident 5yo Superior Force by a half-length, with the 3yo The Autumn Sun filly The Autumn Belle a half-head back in third.
