Tara Madgwick - Thursday July 27

Zoustar had the Champion European 2YO Filly last year in Lezoo and had a super impressive debut winning two year-old filly overnight at Sandown in the UK.

Trained by Owen Burrows, Miaharris was well fancied for the 5f fillies maiden and was dominant to the line winning by three and a quarter lengths.

Miaharris made €60,000 as a yearling at Goffs Orby, but quickly showed she could run and made 210,000 guineas at the Tattersalls Craven Breeze Up Sale when bought by Durcan Bloodstock.

Miaharris is a half-sister to stakes-winner Time Scale and Group II placed Bletchley and is the seventh winner from eight to race from stakes-winning Holy Roman Emperor mare An Ghalanta.

She is the 40th Northern Hemisphere bred winner for Zoustar, who has had a great season in Australia siring 183 winners of over $16million including eight stakes-winners headed by Group I winner Zougotcha.
