From the famous Gold Coast Yearling Sale in January to auctions in Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland and South Australia, the 2024 Magic Millions Yearling Sales Series presents opportunities for all Australasian breeders.

"The Carnival shaped around our Gold Coast Yearling Sale offers breeders and buyers alike with more achievements, more growth, more choice, more participants, more million dollar races, more events, more fun and of course more magical Gold Coast sunshine," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch said.

"Offering yearlings at the Magic Millions Yearling Sale Series also delivers the incomparable selling advantage that is the Magic Millions Race Series."

"The ground-breaking expansion announced earlier this year commences in January with a prizemoney injection for The Star Gold Coast Magic Millions 2YO Classic and Gold Coast Magic Millions 3YO Guineas, to be run at $3 million apiece as part of an 11 race program offering a record $14.25 million in prizemoney and Racing Women's Bonuses."

"Further enhancements designed to broaden the distribution of Magic Millions Race Series prizemoney include a second division of the rich Magic Millions Maiden, and a new feature race, the $1 million Magic Millions National 2YO Classic, programmed under lights next May at the Gold Coast during the National Sale."

"Other boosts such as an exciting $5.25 million night meeting conducted annually on the eve of The Star Magic Millions Raceday from 2025 will see the Magic Millions Race Series offer participants well over $20.7 million in prizemoney across six states and 28 races from the 2024-25 season."

"Buyers love to source their future racetrack stars from where they've tasted success and again during the 2022-23 racing season Magic Millions graduates have led the way with 23 Group One wins - well over double other Australian auctions."

"The Magic Millions bloodstock team are looking forward to inspecting yearlings across Australia and New Zealand and we look forward to working with breeders in the selection process to source the best commercial option from our suite of sales."
