Wootton Bassett Colt Sells for $2.83million

A brother to Wootton Bassett’s Gr 1 Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf heroine Audarya proved popular at the JRHA Select Yearling Sale.

Consigned by Shadai Farm, the dark bay or brown colt was a ¥270 million (A$2,83,000) purchase for Masahiro Noda of Danox Co Ltd.

the family of the magnificent world traveller Jim And Tonic, the Wooton Bassett (GB) colt (Lot 102) is the fifth foal of the 4-time winning Green Tune mare Green Bananas (FR).
