Lys Gracieux's Half Brother Sells for $1.68million

A lot of Australian interest in Lot 58 at the JRHA Select Yearling Sale, a Duramente half-brother to Japanese Horse of the Year and 2019 Cox Plate winner Lys Gracieux.

Consigned by Northern Farm, the Duramente colt was a 160,000,000 yen (A1,682,000) purchase for Kaneko Makoto Holdings.

He is the tenth foal of the American Post (Bering) mare Liliside at triple Listed stakes-winner in France.
