Race 2 summary - Nice competitive race for small field. Been waiting for MACKELLER to get to this trip but the only concern is if they go fast enough for her to get home. AKIKO GOLD comes into this third-up from spell and ready to win whilst STRIKING LAGO has been placed in last couple and will be competitive again. Would not dismiss SAVE THE BEST out of winning chances.
Race 2 tips - 1st: MACKELLAR (6), 2nd: AKIKO GOLD (1), 3rd: STRIKING LAGO (4), 4th: SAVE THE BEST (5).

Race 3 summary - Must watch the market in this with couple of debutants from strong stables. NICOCHET was favourite at Kembla Grange on debut and ran even race. Sure to be better from the race experience. CRADLE MOUNTAIN was not far off them at first start and with natural improvement can go one better. DEVIOUS has been solid enough in last couple and will be competitive. Market watch on the first starter OTTOMAN WARRIOR.

Race 4 summary - ZOOKS was well supported and dominant winning maiden here last start. He can measure up to these. SNOWBROOK won first-up last time in work and must be respected whilst DISTORTION comes into this third-up from spell and recent trial win was impressive. Don't leave PERANTO out of place chances.

Race 5 summary - Market again will give best guide to debutants. Liked the trial of the Matthew Smith trained EASY MOVER and if any money about would respect. WHILE WE CAN was solid enough on debut and sure to be better from the race experience whilst BUBBLES DE BEER comes into this off two solid placings and cannot leave out. market watch on the first starter WHISKY'N'DIAMONDS from leading stable.

Race 6 summary - SEETHING DRAKE has been placed in both runs this track and distance and he deserves a win in this class. SAMMUKA comes off last start win and he can go on with it whilst IRENIC is ready to find his best form. Would not leave RED CENTRE RUBY out if any rain about.

Race 7 summary - CHEROKEE WARRIOR should have won easily last start and if he holds that form can win this. CENTEROFATTENTION will be better over further but first-up run super and may give this a shake. SMILING AT SHADOWS has been racing better than finishing positions suggest and can improve whilst O'DRISCOLL gets back to right distance range.
