Stunning Inglis Digital June (Late) Sale Online

Media Release - Friday June 23

One of the strongest and most diverse online catalogues ever collated has been finalised for the Inglis Digital June (Late) Sale.

The catalogue is littered with high-class racehorses and producers and stock that will suit everybody from the world’s leading racing and breeding establishments to the small-time punter looking to get involved in racehorse ownership.

Aside from the previously announced stars such as Group-winning mares Daisies and Literary Magnate, the dam of recent G1-winning 2YO King Colorado (More Aspen), the dam of G2-winning mare and contender in tomorrow’s G1 Tatt’s Tiara Comrade Rosa (No Looking Back) and G2 winner Silent Sovereign, the June (Late) Sale catalogue has countless opportunities for the broadest spectrum of participants.

Among a serious catalogue highlights list is the Stakes performed mare Not Guilty (Not A Single Doubt).

A lightly-raced 4YO, Not Guilty has won four of her 12 starts – with a further five minor placings – with arguably her highlight to date being a close-up second placing behind the G1 winner, superstar sprinter and earner of $7.7m I Wish I Win.

Not Guilty has incredible upside as a racing and breeding prospect.

Another significant entrant is Hilal (Fastnet Rock), one of the most exciting prospects to be offered online this year.

A racing and breeding prospect, the 4YO entire Hilal (pictured) is already a G2 winner and three-time G1 placed – behind Anamoe, Captivant and Converge – and has all the attributes of a successful stallion.

“He’s a genuine Group 1 horse who profiles well with race form around the likes of Anamoe, Captivant and Converge,’’ Emirates Park’s Bryan Carlson said.

“He’s from a family that’s very well-known with the likes of Al Maher and Redoute’s Choice and he’s a horse not to be missed.’’

Among several larger drafts is an unreserved dispersal of 39 entries from Impressive Racing which includes weanlings, yearlings, racehorses and broodmares.

There is also a ‘Newgate Syndicate racehorse draft’ of six including last-start metropolitan winners Resonator (Brazen Beau) and Bunker Hut (Savabeel) as well as recent 2YO winner Mafia (Written Tycoon).

Each of Resonator, Bunker Hut and Mafia are Hong Kong eligible, with the Hong Kong Handicapper advising likely ratings of HK70 (Resonator), HK65/66 (Bunker Hut) and HK63 (Mafia).

All three are lightly raced with significant upside – Resonator is a last start Saturday Rosehill winner whose early career wins came over G1 horses such as Zou Tiger and Political Debate, Bunker Hut is a $520,000 yearling who has won two of his 10 starts and already contested a G1 while Mafia is a provincial-winning, metropolitan placed colt of just four career starts.

In total, the June (Late) Sale of 612 entries contains 238 broodmares, 229 racehorses (110 race fillies), 50 racehorse shares, 46 yearlings, 46 weanlings, 2 unbroken stock and 1 stallion.

In a catalogue that has something for everyone, there are also yearlings by the likes of Russian Revolution, Shamus Award, Pierro, Pride of Dubai, Admire Mars, Better Than Ready, Encryption, Epaulette, Grunt, Kermadec etc and weanlings by sires including Zoustar, Toronado, Capitalist, Deep Field, Starspangledbanner, Star Turn, Omaha Beach, Peltzer, North Pacific, Microphone, Lucky Vega, King’s Legacy, Ghaiyyath, Earthlight, Cosmic Force, Brutal etc.

The catalogue has entries from the likes of Ciaron Maher Racing, Coolmore, Vinery, Widden, Freedman Racing, Newhaven Park, Lindsay Park, Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, Arrowfield, Twin Hills, Gollan Racing, Blue Gum, Segenhoe etc.

“Two seasons ago, Inglis Digital graduates won one in nine Australian races, last season that jumped to one in seven races and this season, horses purchased off our online platform have won one in five Australian races, which is quite staggering when you think about it,’’ Inglis Digital Business Manager Nick Melmeth said.

“We are also seeing significant success for Inglis Digital graduates overseas, in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau amongst other places.

“The exponential growth of Inglis Digital – both from those supporting the platform in selling their stock as well as buyers who lap up every catalogue twice a month and are getting involved in purchasing and reaping the rewards of that – has been so exciting and something we can’t wait to continue to work on to ensure further evolution moving forward.

“This June Late catalogue is outstanding, with mares in this sale that would feature prominently in a Chairman’s Sale and racehorses with abundant upside domestically or internationally.

“Whether you’re a breeder, trainer, syndicator, agent, trader, end user or somebody looking to get involved with the platform that is producing one in every five winners of races in Australia annually, this is the sale for you.’’

The final countdown of bidding for the Inglis Digital June (Late) Sale begins from 10am Wednesday.
