All eyes will be on the two year-old maiden at Warwick Farm today with a competitive event featuring some well bred first starters, but none more so than the three-quarter brother to world champion sprinter Chautauqua.

He’s not grey like his famous sibling, but Rubick colt Need Some Luck has shown good ability at the trials and Peter and Paul Snowden certainly have him ready to go despite the wide gate.

Kerrin McEvoy is booked to ride and he has partnered the colt in all of his trials to date which have produced three wins, two of those wins this month.
