Super Easy Winner in Singapore

Tara Madgwick - Monday October 16
Former Singapore Horse of the Year SUPER EASY celebrated his first success as a sire on his old stomping ground on Sunday, when the Stephen Gray-trained EASY DOES IT (Super Easy ex Nova) won on debut at Kranji.

Super EasyAfter sitting outside the pace-maker, Easy Does It , ridden by Alan Munro, hit the front at the top of the straight and responded well to Munros urgings to find the winning post a neck in advance of closest rival.

"This horse was quite impressive at his barrier trials (won one in New Zealand and one at Kranji). He had to be good to win today, especially from the other horse (Ateej) who has more experience than him
" said Gray.

Nakhle, Easy Does It was purchased by Gray at the 2016 New Zealand Bloodstock Ready to Run Sale for $70,000.
