Debut 2YO Winner for Zoustar

Tara Madgwick - Thursday April 13

The sire of last year’s Champion European 2YO Filly Lezoo, Zoustar is on the board with his first two year-old winner of the new season in the UK with a debut victory for Out of the Stars.

A homebred for Qatar Racing trained by Archie Watson, Out of the Stars was sent off as favourite and overcame a tardy start to charge home and score a narrow win in the 5f furlong juvenile event at Kempton on the all weather track.

Out of the Stars is a full sister to smart filly Stars on Fire, who scored in the US last year and is the second winner from stakes-winner Out of the Flames, a half-sister by Showcasing to stakes-winner Little Kim.
