Winning Treble for Supido

Tara Madgwick - Saturday April 1

Widden Stud’s young Sebring stallion Supido has two very good stakes-winning colts this season in Buenos Noches and What You Need, but it was his lesser lights racing up a storm on Friday with three runners all winning including flying filly Vinolass.

The Keith Dryden trained three year-old made it three starts for three wins when bolting clear to win by five and a half lengths at the Sapphire Coast and can no doubt measure up in stronger company.

$20,000 Inglis Classic bargain Vinolass is a flying filly, three starts for three wins!!

A $20,000 bargain buy for Capital Racing Stables from the Widden Stud draft at Inglis Classic, Vinolass has already won nearly $60,000 in prizemoney for her big group of owners.

At Benalla, another three year-old filly Suzido improved on a debut second to break the ice with a half length win and at Cranbourne last night three year-old gelding Fasuto scored his second win from six starts.

Supido was most popular with breeders last spring covering his biggest ever book of 170 mares at a fee of $8,800.
