First Win for Viddora Sister

Tara Madgwick - Wednesday March 1

A full sister to dual Group I winning sprinter Viddora, three year-old I Am Invincible filly Jump‘n Fly opened her account to win at Doomben on Wednesday and has a three-quarter sister to be offered at Inglis Premier on Sunday.

Trained by Tony Gollan, Jump’n Fly was third on debut at the Sunshine Coast last week and took good improvement from that run into the 1200m maiden today.

She came with a well-timed run for Angela Jones to win by a neck in the familiar colours of Graham and Linda Huddy.

A $400,000 Inglis Easter purchase for Peachester Lodge from the Yarraman Park draft, Jump’n Fly is the sixth winner from seven foals to race from good producer Snow Flight, whose jewel in the crown has been Viddora.

A well-travelled mare that was also fourth in the Group I Meydan Al Quoz Sprint, Viddora claimed highlight victories in the Group I WATC Winterbottom Stakes and MVRC Moir Stakes among her nine wins  that netted $2.8million in prizemoney.

Lot 146

Yarraman Park will offer her three-quarter sister-in-blood by Hellbent at Inglis Premier as Lot 146.
