Rich Enuff's Mighty Stride Goes Two for Two at Sha Tin

Mark Smith - Sunday December 11

Woodside Park Stud’s Rich Enuff has a promising performer in Hong Kong in the Mighty Stride, who kept his record at a perfect two for two in the Falvlon Hcp (1200m) at Sha Tin on International Stakes Day at Sha Tin.

Ridden by Christophe Patrice Lemaire for Ricky Yiu, Mighty Stride came 4-wide with a sweeping run around the home turn to defeat the dead-heaters Regency Bo Bo (Denman) and Marvel Dragon (Redoute’s Choice) by two and a half lengths.

Bred and offered by Glenlogan Park to the 2020 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, Mighty Stride was a $100,000 purchase for Upper Bloodstock.

A half-brother to the Listed SAJC CS Hayes Memorial Cup, winner Over Exposure (Rothesay), Mighty Stride is the second foal of the unraced Show A Heart mare Show A Princess.

A daughter of the Listed Silk Stocking winner Princess Margaret (Spectrum), Show A Princess shows why you need a big heart to be a breeder. Her record at stud is a tale of woe.
