Few Australians shop at the Keeneland November Horses Of Racing Age Sale, but the ever-vigilant Sheamus Mills was in action on Thursday.

Mills had the final say at $140,000 for GrIII-placed Declaration Of War (USA) filly Miss You Ella. (Lot 5131)

A 3-time winner Miss You Ella has a deep pedigree.

A half-sister to stakes-winner Newstome (Goldencents), Miss You Ella is out of the winning Unbridled’s Song mare Newstouse, a daughter of the stakes-winner Double Cat.

By the influential Storm Cat, Double Cat is a half-sister to Yarradale Stud’s Breeders’ Cup Mile winner War Chant (USA) out of the triple Gr1 winner Hollywood Wildcat.
