One to Watch – Gosford

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday November 8

Capitalist is firing out the winners this season and holds a clear lead on the third season sires table by winners and he added three new ones on Tuesday including our ‘One to Watch’.

Capitalist posted early winners in the day with Captain Bond scoring at Gosford and Recap saluting at Casterton before Kris Lees unleashed talented filly Lucky Variety to break her maiden in style

Sent out a hot favourite for the 1100m maiden at Gosford, Lucky Variety was resuming from a spell after two starts on soft tracks in May and June when she finished second at Canterbury.

Lucky Variety enjoyed a return to firm footing and dashed home from back in the field to score an impressive length win.
