A two-time G1 winner this spring, Alligator Blood has been flying the flag for Magic Millions graduates this season!

The heart of one of the world's great equine carnivals, the Gold Coast Yearling Sale will in 2023 include a record 979 Book 1 lots.

Books 1 and 2 of the 2023 Gold Coast Yearling Sale feature the progeny of 108 individual stallions including 24 exciting first season sires.

The first progeny of crack mares including Group One winners Booker, In Her Time, Loving Gaby, Sunlight and Viddora are set to go under the hammer on the Gold Coast.

"Prospective buyers are in for a treat in January," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch said. "This is a stunning catalogue of the finest youngsters presented by the best breeders from across Australia and New Zealand."

"We are proud of the catalogue that we've assembled - a range and selection that will be the finest offered in the Southern Hemisphere in 2023."

"Graduates of recent Gold Coast Yearling Sales are starring on the track with the likes of Alligator Blood, Coolangatta, Ellsberg, In Secret, Jacquinot, Madame Pommery and Manzoice among the stars of the spring."

"They join other outstanding graduates such as Forbidden Love, Golden Sixty, Hitotsu, Montefilia, Snapdancer and Wellington as recent winners at the elite level."

"The Gold Coast Yearling Sale remains the only auction to have sold a Golden Slipper winning colt this millennium," Bowditch added.
