2022 Oaklands Stud Roster and Fees

Oaklands Stud are excited to release the Stallion Roster for 2022. Resident stallion, Power, will again serve as the headline stallion at Oaklands Stud for the season.

Last season’s new addition to the QLD Breeding market, ex-Darley stallion & Group 1 Golden Rose winner, Exosphere, will again stand at Oaklands Stud. Beginning his 2nd Season at Stud is Prince Fawaz, Two-Year-Old Group 1 winning son of Fastnet Rock.

POWER continues to power on....

?In another successful racing season to date, Power added his 3rd Group 1 winner when Sonnyboyliston won the Irish St Leger. 
A further Group 2, Group 3 and listed wins were also produced in a great season including the very classy mare, Wakanaka

Power also finished in the Top 10 of the New Zealand’s Sire Table overall. His leading son, Mighty Giant has also now earned over A$2 Million in prizemoney.

EXOSPHERE produces Exo Lady & more....

?In what was an exciting acquisition to Oaklands, Exosphere has had a terrific season.
The outstanding Desleigh Forster filly, Exo Lady, was a terrific example of what Exosphere can produce in the QLD Racing landscape, having amassed over $350k in her 2YO season.

The Godolphin colt, Spacewalk also showed high level quality with a 2YO win and stakes placing. He is now on a pathway to the Group 1 Golden Rose winner. 

With this Stallion on a continuing upward trend, Oaklands are very excited at Exosphere’s futures in front of him.

The Prince of QLD Breeding.....Prince Fawaz

The 2YO Group 1 winning son of Fastnet Rock, Prince Fawaz holds outstanding QLD Breeding credentials, as the winner of QLD's premier Two-Year-Old race, the JJ Atkins (G1, 1600m) with a higher rating than The Autumn Sun's JJ Atkins win.

To further stamp himself, at three-years old he ran 2nd to Castelvecchio in G1 Rosehill Guineas the Two-Year-Old Group 1 winning son of Fastnet Rock.

Prince Fawaz’s first crop will soon hit the ground to great expectations.
