Shooting to Win Heading West

Tara Madgwick - Monday July 4

After seven seasons at Darley in the Hunter Valley, Group I Caulfield Guineas winner Shooting to Win has been relocated to Western Australia and will stand at Oakland Park Stud.

A full brother to Deep Field, who stands for a fee of $88,000, Shooting To Win has overcome some ongoing injury issues and is fit and sound to take up stud duties at his new home at a fee of $9,900.

Shooting to Win is moving from Darley to Oakland Park Stud in WA.

Shooting to Win has sired four stakes-winners this season headed by his Group I winning Kiwi based  sprinter Marscarpone along with Kubrick, Centrefire and Ranges.

By ill-fated champion sire Northern Meteor, Shooting to Win compares favourably with his fourth season sire peers.
