Newgate Farm Sell $1.9million I Am Invincible Colt

Tara Madgwick - Thursday January 13

Magic Millions 2022 has been an amazing sale for Newgate Farm and they powered through today’s session providing the star of the show when their I Am Invincible colt from Suspicieuse (Fr) sold for $1.9million to Tom Magnier.

Sale-topper as of Thursday - $1.9million I Am Invincible colt sold by Newgate Farm.

A half-brother to Group II winner Dubious, who is now at stud for Aquis, the star colt is the third foal of stakes-placed Suspicieuse (Fr), who was bought privately by James Harron a few years ago for a syndicate of his clients when carrying this colt and she is based at Newgate.

Henry Field tells the story of how this colt has been a show-stopper from day one!

Suspicieuse had a Pariah filly last year and is now in foal to another of the James Harron Bloodstock purchased stallions in King’s Legacy, who covered 208 mares at Coolmore last spring.

Her $1.9million colt is the fourth million dollar yearling at this sale for Yarraman Park’s champion sire I Am Invincible ,who has both the top colt and top filly as we head into the final two sessions of Book 1.

He is also leading the sire by aggregate with his stock generating over $17million in trade.
