Race 1 summary - Looks another week where any one of about six or seven could win the hurdle. SEARAVEN and CABLE BAY will be the two that will try and be on the pace all the way whilst ABEBE and I'M A BLUEBAGGER will be the chasers. A couple of others not without a chance also.
Race 1 tips - 1st: SEARAVEN (6), 2nd: CABLE BAY (4), 3rd: ABEBE (2), 4th: I'M A BLUEBAGGER (5).

Race 2 summary - SHAKOPEE will be giving them a start but the tempo should be genuine and he is a recent winner in these conditions. ANCIENT KING has been great over the jumps of late and has a bit of class. Should be able to handle the big weight. GENERAL CLUSTER is racing well but the trip may see him out. NORTHERN JOURNEY is consistent and sure to be some hype around him with the visiting jock aboard.
Race 2 tips - 1st: SHAKOPEE (4), 2nd: ANCIENT KING (1), 3rd: GENERAL CUSTER (2), 4th: NORTHERN JOURNEY (7).

Race 3 summary - POSEIDON'S POOL was super on debut, had to sit wide but was strong through the line in these conditions. Can take the step up out of maiden grade here. ILLUMICON has trialed well at its latest, must be respected here on debut. WHITE KAPS is better than what he showed last start, not a lot went right for him and should get a soft rails run here. FLYING KRUPT for the wider exotics.
Race 3 tips - 1st: POSEIDON'S POOL (2), 2nd: ILLUMICON (5), 3rd: WHITE KAPS (4), 4th: FLYING KRUPT (8).

Race 4 summary - EVIL DREAMS has been good in defeat at his last couple after doing a stack of work, just needs to get cover here. CASHED has some class. OAMARU OWL and I AM THE GENERAL for the wider exotics.
Race 4 tips - 1st: EVIL DREAMS (8), 2nd: CASHED (1), 3rd: OAMARU OWL (6), 4th: I AM THE GENERAL (5).

Race 5 summary - GO THE JOURNEY maps well and should have all the options early. May just need a touch of luck getting off the rails in the straight. LOPE DE CAPIO wasn't far away in the Goodwood last time, has a good enough record when resuming. STRATEGIC DEMAND is racing well, will be charging late. BATTLE BREWING can mix-it up but should handle the track conditions better than most here.
Race 5 tips - 1st: GO THE JOURNEY (4), 2nd: LOPE DE CAPIO (1), 3rd: STRATEGIC DEMAND (2), 4th: BATTLE BREWING (6).

Race 6 summary - BALF'S CHOICE was impressive in the inner track last start, ran on hard over the seven furlongs and should appreciate getting out to the mile. AFFRAY maps well but did have every chance behind the top selection last start. MAGIC BOY handles the conditions well. SHIKARPOUR for the wider exotics.
Race 6 tips - 1st: BALF'S CHOICE (8), 2nd: AFFRAY (10), 3rd: MAGIC BOY (2), 4th: SHIKARPOUR (6).

Race 7 summary - ARKHAM KNIGHT Is likely to be giving them a start but should be steaming home with the likely good tempo. MAGNATTI has a stack of speed, she will be carving across early and has a good record fresh. DUCIMUS and BANDIPUR have to take on the older horses but have a stack of ability.
Race 7 tips - 1st: ARKHAM KNIGHT (1), 2nd: MAGNATTI (7), 3rd: DUCIMUS (14), 4th: BANDIPUR (15).

Race 8 summary - BATTLE HARDENED has a good record fresh, will go forward and hard to beat in this grade. STERNO Is going through the grades well this time in, has the horror draw to contend with. Loved the way that MIDNIGHT STORM finished off at its first go out of maiden grade. For fourth, JUST KAPPY will have all the options off the inside gate.
Race 8 tips - 1st: BATTLE HARDENED (1), 2nd: STERNO (3), 3rd: MIDNIGHT STORM (11), 4th: JUST KAPPY (4).
