Calling All Off the Track Thoroughbred Owners – Save the Date

Media Release - Friday June 4

Created to give off the track thoroughbreds a performance pathway away from the race track, the Thoroughbred Sport Horse Association has now issued over 900 competition licences and will hold classes at more than 60 shows in NSW, Queensland and South Australia this year, but the best is still to come!

Krissy Harris and her team have been working to plan a ‘national titles’ style of event for thoroughbreds to be held at Stonewall Equestrian just north of Sydney in 2022.

“We were originally thinking March 2022, but there were some issues arising with that date and a potential clash with the Golden Slipper race meeting, so we have looked to the weekend of November 18-20 as a more suitable time that allows more racing people to be involved as it will come after the Melbourne Spring Carnival has finished,” said Krissy Harris.

The TSHA Inaugural Australian Titles will feature a diverse program including showjumping, dressage, hacking, pleasure hack and led classes designed to showcase as many thoroughbreds as possible enjoying success in a range of pursuits.
