$1million I Am Invincible Weanling Colt

We are used to seeing Yarraman Park’s champion sire I Am Invincible churn out million dollar yearlings, but at the Gold Coast on Thursday he broke new ground siring his first $1million weanling at the Magic Millions National Sale.

Consigned by leading Victorian breeder Rick Jamieson’s Gilgai Farm, the colt is the first foal from stakes-winning Ocean Park mare Ocean Jewel was bought by Ciaron Maher Bloodstock.

Gilgai Farm have a stellar reputation for producing Group I stars including Black Caviar, All Too Hard, The Quarterback, recently retired Ole Kirk and of course champion mare Jameka, who was trained by Ciaron Maher to win over $4.8million.



The million dollar colt is a three-quarter brother-in-blood to Group III winner Catch Me and comes from the Marquise branch of the legendary Eight Carat (GB) family.

Gilgai Farm will offer eight weanlings at this sale with this colt the first to be offered.
