Fourth Debut Winner for Caravaggio

Australian yearling buyers will have a final opportunity to purchase the progeny of exciting young sire Caravaggio (USA) at the upcoming Magic Millions National Yearling Sale where he has 10 youngsters catalogued.

A dual Group I winning sprinter by Scat Daddy, Caravaggio shuttled to Coolmore Australia for just one season, but has made a fast start to his stud career in the Northern Hemisphere siring his fourth debut winner overnight at Chantilly in France.
 



A homebred for well known breeder Peter Savill, trained by Stephane Wattel, Dizzy Bizu showed good pace to lead and was tenacious in winning the five furlong maiden by a head.

The fourth winner from just 10 starters for Caravaggio, Dizzy Bizu is the first foal from stakes-winning Kodiac mare Izzy Bizu

Caravaggio has sired four debut winners in the NH.

Caravaggio has had 49 yearlings sell at majors sales in Australasia this year at a an average $86,602.
