Fee Announced for Golden Slipper Winner Farnan

Kia Ora Stud are turning a new page this spring in standing their first stallion with Golden Slipper winner Farnan sure to be a popular addition in the Hunter Valley.

The brilliant son of Not a Single Doubt has had his fee set at $55,000, a sum in line with the most recent Golden Slipper winner to retire to stud Capitalist, who also started at that fee and is now a leading first season sire.

Farnan was a $550,000 Magic Millions purchase and won five of eight starts earning $2.5million and features a pedigree bringing together the blood of champion sires Redoute’s Choice and Street Cry (IRE).

Farnan stands at a fee of $55,000.
