Godolphin Draft Highlight Inglis Digital April

A Godolphin draft of seven racehorses highlights a 255-strong Inglis Digital April (Early) Online Sale, which opened for bidding this afternoon.

Catalogued as lots 1-7, the Godolphin entries are 3YO geldings with a significant scope for upside.

The draft – which includes city performed Damaged (Exceed and Excel) and Raoul (Kermadec) – will be available for inspection at Inglis Riverside from 9am next Tuesday and Wednesday April 13-14 (Barn B 49-57).

It’s the second time Godolphin has offered a draft of racehorses through the Inglis Digital platform.

“This is a draft of young, lightly raced gallopers that have definite potential for future connections,” Godolphin Managing Director Vin Cox said.

“Godolphin are very serious about offering sound racehorses to the market and we’re obviously as transparent as possible regarding the history of each horse throughout their journey with us.

“The value of offering horses on Inglis Digital is being able to tap into a broad spectrum of buyers given the platform’s established database.”

The April (Early) Online Sale includes 135 racehorses (60 race fillies), 80 broodmares, 24 yearlings, 10 weanlings, three shares and three stallions.

Outside of the Godolphin draft, catalogue highlights include:

• Career Change – 2YO Star Turn filly that ran 2nd in a Newcastle trial last month, out of a Stakes-winning mare

• Come Along Jeffrey – 3YO gelding by Super One that was 2nd on debut at Echuca

• Galah – WA-based stallion by Redoute’s Choice who was a G2 winner on the track and has sired 51 individual winners

• Hibiscus – Pierro 3YO filly that’s a winner two starts back at Hawkesbury

• Iguacu Falls – by Snitzel out of an Encosta de Lago mare, offered in foal to Brutal

• Itzhot – Lightly raced 3YO Snitzel gelding and a winner at Sandown, offered by Lindsay Park Racing

• Lonely Heart – 2x winning mare offered in foal to Capitalist by Turangga Farm

• McGrath – 3YO gelding coming off a last start 2nd at Kilmore on Thursday, from just 3 starts in Victoria

• Personal Guarantee – The dam of 2YO Stakes winner Plurocrat, offered by Rathmore Bloodstock (as agent) in foal to Written By and from the family of Eight Carat

• Rain Lily – Unraced daughter of Akeed Mofeed offered in foal to Toronado by Sheamus Mills Bloodstock (as agent)

• Ruddock – 3YO gelding offered by Annabel Neasham Racing, having won 3 of 5 starts including twice at Canterbury

• San Marino – A winner at Werribee from just two starts, the 3YO son of Rich Enuff was a last start 5th at Flemington over 1200m

• Shippo – Offered in foal to Flying Artie with a filly foal at foot by Extreme Choice, sire of Golden Slipper winner Stay Inside

• Thrill of Thrills – Offered in foal to Starspangledbanner, this mare is a 1/2 sister to Heart of Thrills – the dam of Thrillster, Free Thrills and Extreme Warrior plus an I Am Invincible yearling filly which sold for $1.2 million at the Inglis Easter Sale this week

• Umfazi – A 1/2 sister to Snitty Kitty by Holy Roman Emperor, in foal to Zousain
