I Am Invincible 2YO Brings Timely Inglis Easter Update

Tara Madgwick - Monday April 5

Yarraman Park have had a long and successful association with Sheikh Hamdan’s Shadwell Australia breeding operation with two year-old I Am Invincible colt Qeyaady the latest winner to emerge from the partnership.

A Shadwell homebred, foaled and raised at Yarraman, the Lindsay Park trained Queyaady was resuming from a spell at Sandown on Easter Monday and opened his account with a thrilling last stride win.

Resuming from a spell after two encouraging runs during the spring behind Godolphin colts Anamoe and Paulele, Qeyaady led for home and had just enough left on the line to claim victory in the 1000m maiden.

Qeyaady is the third winner from three foals to race from Group III winning Redoute’s Choice mare Shaaheq, who was also second in the Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes.

Yarraman Park will offer the yearling colt by Written Tycoon from Shaaheq at Inglis Easter as Lot 77 on Tuesday.
