Torryburn Inglis Easter - Stars Align

Sponsored Content - by Tara Madgwick - Friday April 2

Every vendor loves a big pedigree update before a major sale and Torryburn Stud have been gifted with the double whammy in offering a sibling to a current season star 2YO by arguably the hottest first season sire in the country, Capitalist.

At Inglis Easter last year, Torryburn Stud sold a cracking I Am Invincible colt from blue-blooded Flying Spur mare Miss Interiors to Tom Magnier for $875,000.

He was the second foal of Miss Interiors, a winning half-sister to dual Group I winner Russian Revolution and Group III winner Turbo Miss.

Fast forward a year and the first foal from Miss Interiors is classy 3YO Aysar, who was a close second in the Group I MRC Caulfield Guineas and her second is Home Affairs, winner of the Group II ATC Silver Slipper.

Is it any wonder there has been intense interest in her third foal, Lot 428, a colt by Capitalist, who has three stakes-winners to his credit so far and had three runners in this year’s Golden Slipper.

Torryburn Stud will offer five yearlings and you can see them at Barn H Stables 17-20, 29-32.
