Worthy Winner for Clear Mountain Fairview

Media Release - Monday February 22

Queensland farm Clear Mountain Fairview have confirmed their proven stakes sire Love Conquers All will remain on their roster for the 2021 season along with Jabali, Wanted and promising young sire Worthy Cause, who is doing a great job with his first runners.

A Group III winning son of Choisir, Worthy Cause has had just four runners to date, but two are already winners in Hinged and Ain’t She Lovely.

Worthy Cause

Bred and owned by Queensland racing enthusiast and retired Toowoomba dentist, Dr. Kim McCasker and trained by 2020 2YO QTIS Jewel winning trainer, Michael Nolan, Hinged has had two starts for two wins at Toowoomba and the Gold Coast.

The talented filly has already won over $50,000 and connections are looking to target the $500k QTIS 2YO Jewel over 1200m on Saturday 13th March 2021 at the Gold Coast, a race won last year by flying filly Kisukano.

Hinged is the first winner for 12 time winning Tycoon Ruler mare Tints, who earned over $246,000 on the track and has been a regular visitor to Worthy Cause.

She has a yearling filly by Worthy Cause and was covered by him again last spring.

Worthy Cause is currently the leading Queensland based first season sire and is 11th on the Australia wide list.
