Press Statement Filly Three for Three

Tara Madgwick - Wednesday February 17

Talented three year-old Press Statement filly Kitty Cat Chat made it three wins in as many starts when scoring at Kenilworth in South Africa on Wednesday.

Trained by Brett Crawford, Kitty Cat Chat posted a three-quarter length win in the 1200m fillies and mares event as favourite.

A homebred for Ridgemont Stud that was foaled in Australia, Kitty Cat Chat is the first foal of New Zealand bred Singapore stakes-winner Whats New Pussycat (Kiwi Karma), a half-sister by Fast ‘n’ Famous to stakes-winner Seaway.

Whats New Pussycat was exported to Ireland in 2019 with her second foal, a filly by Maurice (Jpn).
