Savabeel gave us a ‘One to Watch’ on Thursday and another on Friday with an impressive debut juvenile winner from the powerful Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott stable.

Sent to Canberra for her first start following some nice efforts in recent barrier trials, Tilianam was sent out favourite and cruised home to win by two lengths.

A $270,000 Karaka Book 1 purchase for her trainers from the Waikato Stud draft, Tilianam is a three-quarter sister -in-blood to Group II winner Splurge and is the second winner from Spending, a stakes-placed full sister to Group winners Shopaholic and Packing Pins.

Waikato Stud will offer the full brother to Tilianam as Lot 138 and he is pictured below,
