Heroic Valour Leads MM Book 2 First Season Sires

Raheen Stud were thrilled to present the first yearlings by Fastnet Rock’s Group I winning 2YO Heroic Valour at Magic Millions 2021 and were duly rewarded when he emerged as the leading first season sire by average in Book 2.

Heroic Valour had four yearlings sell at an average $102,500 highlighted by two colts sold by Raheen Stud for six figures.

The colt from Alyssa Jean went to Desleigh Forster for $150,000 and a colt  from O’Venus was snapped up by Kelly Schweida Racing for $140,000.

Heroic Valour also had one colt from Hurl sold through Book 1 for $120,000 to give him an overall average for the sale of $106,000 with 100% clearance, a great result from a $7,700 fee.
