Grenville Stud MM Tasmania Yearling Parade

Media Release - Monday January 18

Grenville Stud will be holding an open day on Saturday the 13th of February to parade our 2021 draft of yearlings.

This provides an opportunity to view the first crop of yearlings by our exciting young stallion Zululand who has stamped his yearlings and left some outstanding types that we are sure will impress onlookers and be all the talk at the upcoming Magic Millions Tasmanian Yearling Sale.

Zululand was a star from the outset setting the sale ring alight when making $1.5m as a yearling before developing into an exceptional juvenile winning the Group 2 VRC Sires Produce and beating 3 subsequent Group 1 winners in the process.

Further to this Zululand is by sire of sires Fastnet Rock who already has 7 Group 1 producing sons at stud and is out of the blue hen Group 2 winning mare Dream Play.
