Ten Of The Best for the Redoute’s Choice Farewell

When Danehill covered his final book of mares in Australia in 2001 there was much soul searching on how his absence would affect the yearling market.

But that was the year the first crop of foals by his son Redoute’s Choice hit the ground and the passing of the baton was seamless.

Now 20 years later the final crop of yearlings Redoute’s Choice will be on offer.

A giant in the sales ring with 80 lots making a $1million or more, Arrowfield Stud’s breed-shaper will have ten of his final crop of 23 live foals on offer at the Magic Millions.

There might be a stakes-winner or two among them to match the deeds of this roll call of stars.
