Race 2 summary - GOOD VERDICT resumes for a new trainer. He was placed at Scone when last fresh. Looks ready to go after placing in his latest trial. FLUX CAPACITOR is close to a win after placing in his past two starts. Looks the danger from the good draw. DOLLAR THEIF wasn't far away when resuming. Will have come on from that run and gets the blinkers for the first time. MA CHAO the other main chance.
Race 2 tips - 1st: GOOD VERDICT (2), 2nd: FLUX CAPACITOR (1), 3rd: DOLLAR THIEF (6), 4th: MA CHAO (5).

Race 3 summary - SUBWAY SURFER beat a few of these home last start when big odds. He only needs to repeat that to go close here. AWILD ENEMY'S PICK looks ready to win after five runs back from a spell. SUMAN THE YAK tried hard but was unable to peg back the winner at Dubbo last start. With any luck from the draw he will be fighting out the finish. YOUR ONE AND ONLY for the wider exotics.
Race 3 tips - 1st: SUBWAY SURFER (4), 2nd: AWILD ENEMY'S PICK (8), 3rd: SUMAN THE YAK (1), 4th: YOUR ONE AND ONLY (11).

Race 4 summary - NOEL'S GIFT has been kept fresh since winning at Narromine last start. He can go on with the job now. BAKER'S IMAGE was placed at Quirindi before getting too far back at Dubbo last start. Can bounce back here, just needs luck from the draw. DARPRA won a Dubbo maiden last start. Has to take the next step here but has found a weak race. MISS WHISTLER looks ready for the 1400m after two runs back from a spell.
Race 4 tips - 1st: NOEL'S GIFT (3), 2nd: BAKER'S IMAGE (1), 3rd: DARPRA (4), 4th: MISS WHISTLER (6).

Race 5 summary - This looks a nice race for MAR NERO. She was placed at Mudgee when resuming. She will have come on from that run and this is easier. QUIETLY CONFIDENT was strong winning at Tamworth last start. No harder here and gets in well after the claim. MALIBU STACEY has been there about without winning this preparation. Gets her chance from the rails draw. ESKIMO KING hasn't been far away of late. Can figure from the good draw.
Race 5 tips - 1st: MAR NERO (2), 2nd: QUIETLY CONFIDENT (1), 3rd: MALIBU STACY (9), 4th: ESKIMO KING (3).

Race 6 summary - BERGDORF was dominant winning at Dubbo last start. No harder here and gets in well after the 3kg claim. BLINKIN ROCKIN will appreciate the drop back to this grade. He has a handy claim and gets all the favours from the rails draw. KELSHA BEGS showed good improvement winning at Port Macquarie last start, can win again. CLEVER BUTTONS won when resuming before finishing just behind the placing's last start when 800-1200m. Has room for improvement.
Race 6 tips - 1st: BERGDORF (1), 2nd: BLINKIN ROCKIN (2), 3rd: KELSHA BEGS (13), 4th: CLEVER BUTTONS (9).

Race 7 summary - REPENTANT looked the winner until grabbed late at Bathurst last start. This is easier and no dramas dropping back in distance. TURCOTTE resumes for a new trainer. He won this track/dist when last fresh, just needs luck from the draw. PENNY ELLA also resumes for a new stable. She has a decent fresh record and with any luck she will be fighting out the finish. STAR OF ZIZOU prominent in early betting.
Race 7 tips - 1st: REPENTANT (2), 2nd: TURCOTTE (5), 3rd: PENNY ELLA (9), 4th: STAR OF ZIZOU (10).
