Take the Tip

Tara Madgwick - Sunday September 10
Last Friday we ran a story on a new Breednet feature highlighting weekend stakes runners for each sire and how prophetic that proved with the top three stallions by number of runners hitting home runs from their opportunity.

Click here to read the story – Top three by opportunity were Snitzel, Fastnet Rock and Sebring.

SnitzelThe heavy hitting trio delivered the goods with Snitzel siring Menari and Russian Revolution to win Group II events, while Fastnet Rock had Deploy (Group II) and Shoals (Listed) salute.

Sebring was also in the frame with Gold Standard winning the Group II ATC Stan Fox Stakes and Egg Tart a brave second to Deploy.

Keep an eye out for In It to Win It this week as we look into the crystal ball to see which sires are well placed for success.
