James Harron Finds His Horse for Danny Williams

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday October 20

Everyone knows the sad story of the tragic loss of promising two year old Hot ‘n’ Hazy following a race fall back in July at Rosehill leaving his trainer Danny Williams devastated.

In the wake of the tragedy, Sydney based bloodstock agent James Harron made a pledge to find a replacement horse for Williams at the Ready2Race Sale and has been as good as his word.

Lot 37 has been given every chance to develop into a racehorse under the astute eye of Blake Ryan and was knocked down to James Harron Bloodstock / Danny Williams for $85,000.

Lot 37 - click to watch him gallop.

The powerful chestnut is by proven Group I sire Nicconi from stakes-placed Lil Red Corvette and was bought at a bargain price having made the same money when offered as a yearling at Inglis Classic.

I think everyone will look forward to following his career!
