Enable Retired and Set to Visit Kingman

Tara Madgwick - Monday October 12

A homebred for Juddmonte Farms, two time Arc de Triomphe winner and 2017, 2019 European Horse of the year Enable has been retired to stud.

Juddmonte have announced she will be covered by their outstanding Invincible Spirit stallion Kingman in 2021.

In a statement, Douglas Erskine Crum, CEO of Juddmonte, said: "After consulting her trainer John Gosden and his racing manager Teddy Grimthorpe, Prince Khalid has decided that Enable will be retired from racing and will now join the Juddmonte broodmare band to be covered by Kingman in 2021."

Below is how the pedigree will look of the resulting foal.

Enable was a top class stayer that won 15 races from 1600 to 2400m, while Kingman was a Champion Miler, Champion 3YO and Horse of the Year in 2014 that had eight starts for seven wins and a second from 1400 to 1600m.
