David Brideoake has had a lot of success with his Group I winning mare Princess Jenni for owner Tony Ottobre and the same connections are set to enjoy more fun with three year-old Pride of Dubai filly Pride of Jenni.

Placed at her first two starts last month when she did a few things wrong, Pride of Jenni joined the dots this time, racing away to win by two lengths eased down in the 1200m maiden.

A $100,000 Inglis Classic purchase from the Segenhoe Stud draft for Tony Ottobre’s Cape Schanck Stud, Pride of Jenni was bred by Trelawney Stud and is the first foal of winning O’Reilly mare Sancerre, a daughter of Group I Queensland Oaks winner Vouvray.

Pride of Dubai has enjoyed a hot run in the past week with four winners since last Friday including metropolitan winner Tanker and stakes-placed Maha, as well as a stakes double in Europe for Zaffy’s Pride and Telepatic Glances.

The dual Group I winning son of Street Cry stands at Coolmore this spring at a fee of $38,500.
