The team at Bloodstockauction.com would like to express our sincere thanks to each stud farm, stud manager, and stallion owner that has generously donated stallion covers throughout August and September to help raise much needed funds for Ronald McDonald House at Westmead.

Given the significant challenges faced by many within the racing and breeding industry in 2020, we made the difficult decision to cancel our dedicated Stallion Cover Charity Auction traditionally held in the first week of August.  What we did not expect was the number of wonderful members that still wanted to be involved and wanted to make a financial donation or donate stallion covers to ensure that some funds could still be raised for the house.

This year we did things a little different and allowed Stallion Cover Donations to be offered as part of our normal weekly auction during the months of August and September.  This format provided greater flexibility for members wanting to participate.

Even though the amount raised is lower than previous years, we have still been able to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House that will make a difference to families with sick children and keep them together during treatment at Westmead Hospital.

Again, thank you to everyone who made a generous donation or purchased a charity stallion cover this year, as every dollar raised for the charity is so valuable, especially during 2020.

We look forward to holding our dedicated Stallion Cover Charity Auction again in 2021, and we hope that we can count on your support at that time.
