More Stakes Success for American Pharoah

Tara Madgwick - Monday July 13

Talented colt Another Miracle claimed his second Black Type victory and first this year when taking out the Listed My Frenchman Stakes over five and a half furlongs at Monmouth on turf.

Happy to take a sit behind the leaders, Another Miracle bided his time on the rail until they turned into the stretch. Jockey Paco Lopez piloted his mount to the outside for the closing run and the son of Triple Crown hero American Pharoah found another gear to power home and win by half a length.

A Listed stakes winner at Saratoga last summer and third to American Pharoah’s Four Wheel Drive in the Grade II Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint , Another Miracle was making his second start of 2020 in this race for trainer Joseph Orseno and owners Jonathan and Leonard Green.

Another Miracle is the fifth SW for American Pharoah in 2020

A $210,000 Keeneland September purchase, Another Miracle has already won over $260,000with three wins and two placings from eight starts.

Another Miracle is the third winner for stakes-winning Medaglia D’Oro mare Retraceable, whose next dam is by Dehere.

Another Miracle is the fifth stakes-winner worldwide this year for American Pharoah, whose offspring are showing great versatility in terms of distance range and surface having excelled on both turf and dirt.

His first Australian bred runners will race in the new season and American Pharoah is due back at Coolmore Australia this spring at a fee of $55,000.
