Coolmore Strike with $500,000 for I Am Invincible Colt

Mark Smith - Sunday July 5

Yulong have hit another home run at Inglis Easter Round 2 on Sunday with their I Am Invincible colt out of Gypsy Diamond purchased by Coolmore Stud’s Colm Santry for $500,000.

I Am Invincible colt out of Gypsy Diamond was knocked down to Colm Santry for $500,000

Winner of the Group II Moonee Valley Fillies Classic and Group 1 placed in the ATC Queen Of The Turf Stakes, Gypsy Diamond was purchased by Yulong for $1.3 million out of the Newhaven Park draft at the 2018 Inglis Chairman’s Sale when carrying the son of I Am Invincible who is heading to the stables of Chris Waller

At the same sale in 2018, Yulong outlaid $800,000 for Gypsy Diamond's dam Gypsy Tucker (Zabeel) who was carrying a Snitzel filly, which was led into the ring as the I Am Invincible colt exited but she failed to make her $400,000 reserve.
