Seventh Winner for Super One

Tara Madgwick - Thursday June 18

Newgate Farm’s Super One is quietly adding to his tally of winners with the Paul Perry trained La Jolie Fille saluting at Wyong on Thursday to become his seventh winner.

Fit and ready to fire following good efforts at her recent starts, La Jolie Fille proved shade good for the favourite when scoring a neck win with Tom Sherry in the saddle.

A $10,000 Inglis Scone Yearling purchase for her trainer Paul Perry from the Noogee Park draft, La Jolie Fille was bred by Jilly Henderson and is the second winner from metro winning Stratum mare Lolavie, who comes from the family of four time Group I winner Appearance.

A fast precocious son of I Am Invincible, Super One stands at a fee of $11,000 in 2020.
